Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes; we kindly ask you to provide a valid residential address. 

Once the order is dispatched, shipping time may take between 3-6 business days. However, actual shipping times can vary depending on the destination country. We do out best to ship your products on time once you place your orders. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. 

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed.

Return Policy:

We can only accept returns for damaged or faulty items. In such cases, please reach out to us at info@tianaturals.com and we will get back to you within 10 working days.
